The neighborhoods where we work have no shortage of ideas, talent, or entrepreneurial spirit. What they often lack is affordable space. Through our mixed-use developments, we’ve chosen to offer storefronts at rents well below market rate, creating opportunities for small businesses, artists, nonprofits, and community-focused organizations to establish roots and grow. By reducing the financial burden of occupancy, we hope to give tenants the flexibility to focus on building sustainable businesses, serving their communities, and contributing to the character of the neighborhoods they call home.
